SAP CRM iPad : an innovative work application

A new added value solution thanks to two SQLI Group expertises: SAP CRM (EoZen) and mobile application implementation (sqli agency).

Objectives : manage its customer relationship and increase sale managers’ results

One of the most important french company in printing, online media and non-media tools (dealing flyers, postal packet), Spir Communication has entrusted eoZen, the SAP specialist of SQLI Group, with the implementation of an iPad application to improve its sale forces and prompt better uses of the CRM solution established.

Thanks to its mastery of SAP CRM solution, which leans on 40 large scale projects in Europe (SAP Preferred Partner CRM since 2000), EoZen has implemented this innovative project for SPIR. To reconsider its customer relationship and reinforce its sale forces efficiency, the company has chosen to offer to its sale managers a mobility tool which includes SAP CRM functionalities: appointment management, activity reporting, customer and prospects contacts management, etc.

SAP CRM valuation and mastery of mobile application implementation for SPIR strategical stakes

EoZen's valuation, added to Sqli agency –the Group SQLI ubimedia agency – for Smartphone application implementation and iPhone especially (MAAF, Alptis, PagesJaunes, Corsica Ferries…) has allowed EoZen to implement this project : graphic and ergonomic design, implementation of an original browsing adapted to the iPad, implementation (Objective C) and integration.

iPad application has also allowed :

  • updating in real time all customer datas ;
  • targeting their aims and following efficiency activities;
  • having promotion leaflets for each SPIR bargain – print, internet, mobile – and prices ;
  • receiving a marketing information flow with a private twitter.

First promising feedbacks and development already planed

The implementation of this tool – fast and not expensive – has given a better use of the CRM solution
installed; it has realigned the sale forces on its business (more than administrative work) and has contributed to a new customer relationship experience. User friendly and attractive, SAP CRM solution on iPad has created immediately a total support with the sale.

Some developments are in progress, such as the live order, which will be efficient at the end of 2010, or the customer geo-localization to reinforce the GPS drive…
